Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once it's in transit.
Note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details on the UPS, FedEx, or USPS sites.
When you place an order on ezabutus.com, you will receive email updates concerning your order status.

Within an hour after placing an order on ezabutus.com, you will receive an email confirmation that includes:
Order number
Item(s) ordered
Description
Quantities
Price of each item
Shipping address(es)
Billing address
Save this confirmation, as it can be used to check the status of your order.
We apologize if your item arrived damaged, broken, or defective. We want you to love your purchase and will work with you to replace the item(s) if available or provide a return for a full refund if your item(s) are damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.
To help determine if your connection is secure, look at the status bar of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), Secure Sockets Layer(SSL) should be active, which helps to protect the transmission of information through the website. You should also verify that the URL for the page you are on includes "https" at the beginning. Most browsers offer additional security alerts as well.
We make every effort to ship your items together, but there will be times when we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments. Common reasons for this:
a. Availability of items ordered
b. Ordered items are shipping from different fulfillment centers
c. Order item(s) are shipping directly from the vendor or seller
If your order has to be divided, we'll send you a confirmation email advising you of:
1. The expected ship dates.
2. The items expected to ship in each shipment.
Note: When we divide
an order into multiple shipments, you won't be charged any additional fees.
No. We're currently unable to accept multiple credit cards for a single transaction.
When you place an order, we put an authorization hold on your credit card in the amount of your order. This hold secures the funds and is not charged until your order ships.
If your order is canceled for any reason, Ezabutus will send an authorization reversal to your bank. The exact amount of time until the hold is removed from your account is determined by your bank or credit card company, so the time frame may vary.
In order to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, we have a limited window to change or cancel orders. if you wish to change or cancel your order, you should inform us within 24 hours.
Billing & Charges
Once your order is placed, a pre-authorization (pending charge/hold) for the full credit card amount will be applied to your credit card. Depending on your financial institution, this pre-authorization usually expires and is automatically refreshed every 7 days until your order ships.
Your credit card will be charged for the cost of each item as it ships. You may see multiple credit card charges if you have an order that contains multiple items that are shipped at different times.
1. Refunds will be issued only after a return-eligible item, postmarked within 30 days after the delivery date, has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. For products that are returned following this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. All payment companies differ in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
3. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.

We like to reward our customers with special promotional offers. Available promotions will be indicated on relevant pages of our website. We offer:
Gifts with Purchase: Some of our most popular promotions are complimentary gifts with purchase. These promotions are typically associated with a specific brand, item or minimum order total. If shipping to multiple destinations, the gift will automatically ship to the billing address.
Buy & Save: This promotion allows our customers to receive a discount by purchasing multiples of one item or a specified group of items. The discount will apply in the Checkout process.
Promotion Code: You may qualify for a promotion that is associated with a specific code. Promotion codes can be found on the promotion or product details page. To retrieve your gift, enter the code in the promotion code field in the payment section during the Checkout process. Promotion codes are not case sensitive.
Automatic: Many promotions do not require a promotion code and will automatically be added to your order during the Checkout process. You can see that the promotion has been added at the bottom of the Checkout page.
Promotions may be limited to purchases from participating brands, a specified group of items or a minimum order price. All promotions are available for a limited time during indicated dates, and only while supply lasts.
