Thanks for shopping at Ezabutus! We hope you love what you've ordered! If you’re not 100% satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us at service@ezabutus.com. As a growing brand, we offer free returns for any defective or incorrect items. For other returns, shipping costs are handled by the customer. We appreciate your support and understanding!
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD
At Ezabutus, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in our pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return or exchange request within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, saleable condition:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

All original tags, including the Security Tag (for Occasion Wear), must be intact and attached.

Free from makeup stains, perfume, deodorant, or any signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, free gifts, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Item Availability & Out-of-Stock Policy
We strive to ensure that all items listed on our website are in stock and ready for shipment. However, due to high demand or inventory fluctuations, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, we follow the procedure below:

Notification: If any item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout within 24-48 hours.

Partial Fulfillment: To ensure you receive your available items as quickly as possible, we may process and ship the in-stock portion of your order first.

Automatic Refunds: For any items that are unavailable and cannot be fulfilled, a partial refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card or PayPal).

Refund Processing: Once the refund is initiated on our end, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

Right to Cancel: [Ezabutus] reserves the right to cancel and refund any portion of an order that cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts this partial fulfillment and refund process.
4. SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR OCCASION WEAR (Dresses & Gowns)
Due to the delicate nature of our light formal and evening wear, the following rules apply strictly:

Security Tag Policy: Many of our dresses come with a dedicated security tag. Returns will be rejected if this tag is removed or tampered with. This ensures all customers receive a brand-new, unworn garment.

Fitting Care: Please be mindful of jewelry, long nails, or rough surfaces that may snag delicate fabrics (tulle, silk, sequins). Items returned with snags or visible fabric damage will not be eligible for a full refund.

Size Tolerance: Since our garments are handmade, a measurement discrepancy of 1-3cm from the size chart is considered normal and is not classified as a quality defect.
5. RETURN SHIPPING FEES

Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Ezabutus will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

Non-Quality Returns: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., fit, style preference, "don't like"), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding as a growing independent brand.
6. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Request: Email us at service@ezabutus.com with your Order Number and photos of the item.

Approval: Our team will review and provide the authorized return address within 1 business day.

Shipment: Pack the items securely in their original packaging. Do NOT send returns to the sender's address on your original package. This is not our return center and will result in a lost package.

Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Ezabutus is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. REFUNDS

Processing: Once your return is received and passes our quality check, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Payment: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the credit to appear.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION
We aim to ship orders as fast as possible.

Cancellations or address changes are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier (usually within 12-24 hours), we cannot intercept the package. You may return the item according to our policy after you receive it.
