SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
EZABUTUS prides itself on fast and efficient lead times. Orders will usually ship within 2 business days once an order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Tracking will become available and emailed to you once the item ships from Corona, CA. Please note that the processing time may be longer if your personal shipping info is wrong, your address is undeliverable, or other unexpected issues come up. In that case, we will contact you within 24 hours.
Customers can expect general lead times of receiving the product within 10 - 15 business days. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. The delivery time frame will be longer than usual for orders that include preorders or/and customized items. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
If you would like to cancel your order you must do so before a shipping label has been created, we cannot cancel an order after a label has been created. If you want to cancel after the order has already been shipped you must wait for the product to arrive and request a return. We provide free return labels so that you can shop without worries.
Under no circumstances can an address be changed once a shipping label has been created.

Ezabutus uses two different carriers to ensure your items arrive on time. When your items are shipped, we will use the most appropriate delivery method, depending on the weight and shipping destination of your package.

UPS has teamed up with USPS to assist with deliveries for Standard Shipping. Under the UPS Smart Delivery Options, UPS will transport the package initially, then the package will be handed over to your local USPS for delivery to your shipping destination.
Merchandise you order may be filled from several locations, and items may arrive separately. If this is the case:

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
EZABUTUS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
